Gaslight Cafe: The John Mitchell Story

Mark Devlin Visual Design made its Off Broadway debut creating theathrical stage visuals for the production of “Gaslight Cafe: The John Mitchell Story” Mark was approached by verteran actor/ David Buglioni to add a bit of spice to the production. Stage imagery was created to reflect the historical timing and cultural atmosphere of each scene.

This magical journey takes you back to the early 60’s as John Mitchell creates the Gaslight Café where icons Bob Dylan, Dave Van Ronk, Woody Guthrie, Mama Cass, Len Chandler, Tom Paxton, Peter, Paul & Mary, Maria Muldaur,& Carolyn Hester all started.
